Diagrams: A Project by AMO/OMA
2215 Calle Corner Venezia
May 10 – November 14, 2025
Fondazione Prada presents Diagrams: A Project by AMO/OMA, an ambitious exploration into the diagram as a universal instrument of thought, devised by the research and design studio AMO/OMA under the direction of Rem Koolhaas. Traversing centuries and geographies, the exhibition investigates the diagram’s evolution—from early cosmological charts to contemporary data visualizations—as a language of abstraction and a framework for understanding complex realities.
Composed of historical documents, conceptual drawings, and cultural artifacts, Diagrams unfolds as a thematic cartography that reveals the diagram’s enduring role in articulating power, mapping ideologies, visualizing crises, and shaping utopias. At once analytical and poetic, the project reflects on how images structure knowledge and influence the way we perceive and navigate the world.
The exhibition includes contributions from Theo Deutinger and a network of international artists, scholars, and designers.
